🔍 What's New?

This release delivers a focused set of documentation and diagnosis workflow improvements, resolving several issues that affected ICD-10 code selection, note generation, and EHR saving behavior. It also strengthens the reliability of our transcription and audio processing pipeline, reducing silent failures and ensuring more appointments complete successfully, while improving note summary generation speed and quality.

 

🔍 What's Been Fixed?

🐞 Bug Fixes:

  • MED-7003 - Resolved a double-trigger issue in the ICD code selection dropdown that could cause the documentation tab to appear permanently stuck in "Processing..."
  • MED-7004 - Fixed errors in diagnosis filtering that could cause undefined values in clinical and SOAP notes
  • MED-7005 - Prevented the placeholder text "Please select" from being written into ICD-10 code fields in notes
  • MED-6858 - Fixed a freeze that occurred when clicking overlapping symptoms during live transcription
  • MED-6997 - Reverted a prior VEHR SSO change that was causing login issues for affected users
  • MED-6862 - Fixed note saving issues on mobile and for certain specialties
  • MED-6771 - Improved error messaging when a VAS session fails to launch, so users receive a clear explanation instead of a generic error
  • MED-4898 - Fixed VEHR order sets incorrectly displaying as ordered by Ambient Scribe
  • MED-6330 - Resolved transcription submission failures caused by duplicate processing events
  • MED-7067 - Prevented empty notes from being generated when no transcription audio was captured
  • MED2-33 - Corrected DX code selection behavior to ensure codes are properly applied by the AI

🧹 Technical Improvements

  • MED-6646 - Fixed a silent audio data loss issue where oversized audio buffers were being dropped instead of delivered, affecting approximately 1–2 appointments per day across tenants
  • MED-6320 - Resolved a diarization pipeline issue where valid audio recordings were incorrectly classified as too long, causing transcription to be skipped
  • MED-6922 - Improved note summary generation speed and quality
  • MED-6915 - Improved backend subscription performance for more responsive real-time updates
  • MED-6432 - Added graceful shutdown handling to the API gateway to reduce in-flight request failures during deployments
