We’ve deployed a hotfix release to Production and Demo to address an issue impacting the Assessment workflow experience for Veradigm customers, while also expanding Nsight’s supported language offerings. These updates improve workflow reliability and enhance overall platform accessibility.

🚨 Why a Hotfix?

This release was prioritized outside of our normal release schedule to deliver immediate value and ensure continued reliability for our users. 

🔍 What’s Been Fixed?

🧹 Critical Technical Improvements

• MED-6086 – Fixed an issue where ICD-10 codes displayed in the selection list did not consistently apply when selected
• MED-6385 – Expanded Nsight’s language support by adding 14 new languages
• 26.08.12 – Fix for internal test purposes only
